Human brain malfunction

Do you know any animal that destroys itself? I don’t. What I learned in school in biology class is that all animals’ main goal in life is to survive.

All animals – except one that’s called human – main goal in life is to survive.

Humans have the most complex brain system but nothing is perfect in life so our brain has its fault. We can’t use it as it was designed to – therefore, we lack humility and the understanding that everything is connected in life. Destroy the web of life and you have destroyed yourself.  It is as simple as that.

Primitive animals understand that – humans with a sophisticated brain system don’t.

I would appreciate more visual materials, to make your blog more attractive, but your writing style really compensates it. But there is always place for improvement

I didn’t understand the concluding part of your article, could you please explain it more?

    • Thank you for your response.

If I think about the many things our brain is capable of we are really not taking advantage of it at all. Once people finish school they also stop learning. If you watch a child you’ll see that they are curious and want to learn about the world around them. We grow up, finish school and stop learning and also stop being curious about the world around us. We get into a lazy, unaware existence and that is what causing us all the problem we have today in the world.

Animals only eat when they are hungry, they only kill when they want to eat. They live in balance with their surroundings. We have much to learn from them.

We are animals but we also (supposedly) have a higher level of understanding due to the fact that our brain anatomically has some advantage over other animals when it comes to learning. We can expand our mind. But are we expanding it? Are we using our brain to create instead of destroy? I see more destruction of our natural environment under the name of ‘economy’ than the common sense approach to manage it and protect it.

So our malfunction is that we stopped understanding how connected we really are to nature. We became ignorant and selfish. And to me that is brain malfunction because we could do so much better.
